January 12

OK...It has been awhile. I know like a month. Anyways here is what is going on with me. You can follow me know on twitter and will know exactly what I am up to. Here is the link is www.twitter.com my username is dfelix73.

This is what is going on with me fitness wise. Nutrition has been pretty good for the past week and I have been getting my workouts in consistent. My goal for this year is 300 workouts in 365 days.

Monday December 8th

Here is an update:

I have been laid up all weekend. My back hasn't got any better. I am going to the Dr. today and will hopefully have some relief later.

I haven"t worked out at since last Wednesday when I did my NEPA walk....and even that isn't really a workout.

Nutrition was pretty good over the weekend. Here is how I handled it. My food consisted of Shakes and a couple solid meals per day.

I am looking to get back on track today.

Day #4

Today was a rough day. Everything started off great...until I demonstrated an exercise during bootcamp this morning. It was 5:45am and I obviously didn't warm up. Lesson learned...not the young buck I used to be.

On a side note, sorry to all of the client I had to cancel on today....I know...I am a big SISSY!!!

I obviously didn't train today because I was in so much pain. Tomorrow is another day. I will try and modify my workout and train around my ailments.

Nutrition for the day was awesome. The cravings are not as strong as they were at the beginning of the week. I will be having my HSM on Saturday and am really looking forward to it.

Day #3

Yesterday was pretty rough in the afternoon...you know when you get the 3:00pm cravings and the blood sugar drop....I sucked it up though. and saw it through. You know what helped? I had some Green Tea with a couple of Fiber Tablets...it put the cravings to an end.





Today this is what it looked like.





I got to sleep in until 6:00am. My 5:00 am sessions cancelled and my 6:00am has a cold...it was nice, other than the fact that I woke at 4:00am and couldn't really get back to sleep.





Wake up 2 HRX and 3 BCAA



6:20am - Shake w/6 Fish oil



9:00 - Shake w/2tbsp. of milled flax seed



10:30 - 4 Fiber Tabs and 3 BCAA



10:30 - NEPA walk 35 minutes on Treadmill


12:00 - Shake


2:00 - 2 HRX


3:00 - Shake w/2 tbsp. milled flaxseed


6:30 - Shake w/2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter


8:30 - Shake w/5 fish oil


9:15 - 2 ZMA/ w 1 REZ-V

The Man in the Arena!!!!

Can you Belive it?? I can!!!

Here goes nothing. I am so embarrassed it isn't even funny. Here I am helping people improve their health and well being and have totally ignored mine. It isn't that I don't know what to do it is that I am NO DIFFERENT than my typical client. I have a wife, 3 kids, a mortgage, run a small business and all the respnsiblilites that come along with it.


Is this an excuse?? HELL NO!!!!

I will be trying to blog on a daily basis of what is going on with me and how I am feeling with my workouts and the nutrition program.


This is it in a nutshell. 20lbs in 25 days....That is the goal.



Workout program...3x a week Strength Training...Heavy Weights/ Hi Sets Low Reps. and a 1/2 hour walk on a daily basis

It is WAR

I have finally had it... With my busy life of helping people get results and putting my physique and helath on the back burner....It is time for change!!!

Drastic times call for drastic measures.

The WAR on Fat has started today and will go to Christmas Day...It is going to be and all out war for 25 days.

I will post my embarrasing stats tomorrow. I will then update every few days or so with my progress.

I refuse to leave 2008 the same way I started...an undisciplined PUKE!!!
